The TD Canada Trust IRIE Music Festival promises to be the perfect addition to the festivities of Caribana with a four-day festival at Nathan Philips Square, Queens Park and Ontario Place. We are in need of volunteers to help make the TD Canada Trust IRIE Music Festival happen. If you would like to get involved with the festival and have a lot of fun, you’ve come to the right place. The Irie Music Festival will take place from Friday August 1st to Monday August 4th, 2008.

Volunteer Conduct Agreement

I understand that if I am accepted as a volunteer I will adhere to the Volunteer Standards of Conduct and fulfill my responsibilities.

I will be a responsible ambassador for the Festival and represent the Festival in a positive way;

I will treat other volunteers, performers, staff, and the public with respect;

I will not attempt to bring alcohol onto the site;

I will not use or possess illegal substances on site;

I will not commit illegal, violent or unsafe acts;

I will not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on duty;

I will fulfill all volunteer responsibilities;

I will attend all volunteer meetings;

I will maintain confidentiality with respect to all IRIE Music Festival Information and records.

I am aware that I will be expected to work a minimum of 16 hours over the festival weekend or post festival

In submitting this application form, I am also agreeing to cooperate with the IRIE Music Festival Ltd through the volunteer screening process. This may involve a Criminal Record Search depending on which crew I am assigned to/applying for.
